Q. – How do I upgrade an existing listing or purchase new additional Premium Listings?

A. – See our About Us page and follow the instructions at the bottom of the page.

Q. – Can my company be listed in more than one of your directories?

A. – Yes. Just go to the appropriate directory and follow the same procedure.

Q. – Can I have more than one free listing in the same directory?

A. – No. Attempts to submit more than one free listing will result in the permanent deletion of all related listings.

Q. – If I purchase multiple listings, do I have to select all the cities now or can I change them later?

A. – Once purchased, you can login and select, edit or change your listings or cities at any time.

Q. – Will I ever have to pay more money for the same listings?

A. – No. Even if we increase our fees, your existing listings will never cost you more.

Q. – Why do I have to wait up to 24 hours for my listing(s) to appear in the directory?

A. – All listings are human reviewed, verified and authenticated before being published.

Q. – I am having technical difficulties, what should I do?

A. – Complete the Contact Us form; explain the problem and a Customer Service Rep will assist you within 24 hours.

Q. – Can I get help by Telephone?

A. – No. Due to the International nature of our directories along with the volume of listings, issues are handled by email.

Q. – Do I have to be licensed to be included in your directories?

A. – Yes. Your business must be properly licensed as required by law in the jurisdiction your business is located in.

Q. – Can I purchase more listings than the largest plan offers?

A. – Yes. Use the Contact Us form to request additional listings and instructions will be sent to you.

Q. – Do you exchange links for free with other websites?

A. – Yes. Free exchange links are available only to websites offering industry related products or services.

Premium links are also available only to industry related websites, for a small fee.
